How do I get my RamPack?
Beginning July 1st, your RamHerd RamPack will be available for pick-up in the Bookstore. You must show a picture ID.

What kind of merchandise will the Bookstore be giving away to RamHerd members?
For each home game the SU Bookstore will be giving away an awesome prize, valued at $25.

How do I enter the merchandise giveaways?
By being a member of the RamHerd, you are automatically entered into the game day drawings for merchandise giveaways. The winners will be announced during each game. You do not need to be present to win.

How will I find out about the merchandise discount that will be offered exclusively to RamHerd members?
When you pick up your RamHerd RamPack at the Bookstore, you will be given a discount card for the Bookstore good through 12/22/10.

How long does my membership last?
Your membership lasts one academic year. During the spring semester the SU Bookstore will contact you about renewing you RamHerd membership for Fall 2011.

Is my membership into the RamHerd refundable?
Your RamHerd membership is free when you purchase the RamPack. These RamHerd game specific T-shirts are custom ordered, therefore, no refund will be given for RamPack purchase.
