using the secured portions of our site and fraudulent charges are made to that credit card, the Shepherd
University Bookstore will reimburse you for the amount of fraudulent charges not covered by your credit card
issuer (up to $50). Please note that in the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify
your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
We will promptly refund or replace merchandise that is received damaged or defective, this process will
take place upon receipt of damaged or defective merchandise. We will promptly refund or replace merchandise
that is received in the wrong size or color resulting in our error, this process will take place upon
receipt of merchandise. All merchandise, with the exception of open software and textbooks, are eligible
for refund or replacement within 90 days of purchase date. All web orders shipped must be prepaid with a
credit card.
